I am passionate about the Mother-Daughter relationship and building a healthy bond that lasts a lifetime. We refuse to believe the old wives' tale that mother and daughter can't get along or that we can't connect during the adolescent years. Studies show that when intentional time is spent, that it can contribute to some of the most pivotal moments of your life. We're passionate about helping create memories and conversations with our daughters that help to build them up. We're passionate about helping you build a community and a tribe that walks with you on the journey of parenthood. We are passionate about black girls knowing how amazing they are and wearing their crowns high.
The Mom & Me Project offers a two-fold approach: we create opportunities for bonding while creating authentic and healthy dialogue. We develop experiences for girls that expose them to the extraordinary and ordinary things of life and the world. We want them to know they have a unique purpose and are loved.

Benefits
Impact.
We host monthly live cooking events for Mother and Daughter to participate in hands on bonding. Plus season live events to encourage and celebrate.
Connection.
We partner with professional practitioners to offer best practice content and how to’s for connecting more intimately with ones self and child.
Community.
We are all about community. Parenting is hard enough but doing it as a tribe makes it much sweeter. Members get to connect with other Mother-Daughter Duos in the same age range. We also provide a private FB community and book club.
